To get you started I offer a free taster session which lasts from 30 to 40 minutes where We will discuss medical history, fitness experience and goals. where we perform several exercises to help me get an accurate idea of where you are and what type of program would be most appropriate to help you reach your goals.
One-to-one personal training is quite simply the safest and quickest means of achieving any health and fitness results. As your personal trainer, I will not only design and develop a personal fitness programme suited to your own particular goals and abilities, I’ll keep you motivated and focused throughout the course of your training.
As your fitness improves, I will constantly monitor your progress and adapt your programme to make sure you continue to train at the correct intensity along your path to increased levels of health and fitness.
